Introduction to s board

The S board is a new type of wall material imported from Korea. It is made of flame retardant polystyrene foam board as the whole core board, double-sided or single side covered with cold drawn wire mesh and two-way oblique inserted steel wire. Its performance is better than the same type of three-dimensional space steel wire grid plate, and it is an excellent one of the steel wire grid polystyrene sandwich plate at present.

Machine made S-type plates can be divided into:

1. Non load bearing inner (partition) and outer wall panels (double-sided mesh) are referred to as sq panels for short;

2. Roof panel (double-sided mesh) is abbreviated as SZ board.

After spraying cement mortar on both sides of the s board, the wall board has good overall rigidity, strong mechanical properties, light weight, good thermal insulation, sound insulation and anti-corrosion. It is suitable for the internal and external walls of multi-storey and low-rise residential buildings, as well as the enclosure wall and light internal wall of frame structure. Used in houses, in design, it can increase the building use area, improve the building use function and reduce the building weight; In construction, it can be combined and formed in a large area, with simple installation, fast construction speed and low construction cost. The product passed the appraisal of Shandong science and Technology Commission in November 1994 and won the title of new product of national group in 1995.

S board is manufactured on a highly automated mechanical assembly line, and the product quality meets the current national standards. In 1998, the same industry passed the ISO9002 quality system certification in China. At present, it has been widely popularized and applied in Northeast and East China.

Scope of application

1. It can be used as non load-bearing internal partition wall of buildings and roof slab of low-rise buildings, especially buildings with thermal insulation and thermal insulation requirements and large space storage buildings.

2. It can be used as infilled wall of frame structure.

3. Due to convenient transportation and construction, it can be used to build buildings in areas where building materials are scarce, such as mountains, islands, deserts and grasslands.

4. Due to its own thermal insulation performance and light weight, it can be used for the grounding of urban buildings.

Specification and size

1. Thickness of inner core of polystyrene foam can be selected according to 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm and 80mm.

2. Width: 1200mm.

3. Plate length: according to the design requirements, it is arbitrarily customized from 2200mm to 3000mm, and the standard size is 3000mm.

4. Cement mortar: the strength grade for interior wall shall not be lower than M10, and the strength grade for exterior wall shall not be lower than M20 (C20 fine aggregate concrete should be used).
